Our range IS vegan. Veganism sometimes gets a bad rep. But when it comes to hair care we believe plants and natural minerals offer some of the best damn ingredients around. 

We harvest what nature provides and leverage science to ensure the best properties craft each formula. In short, we’re proud to be 100% vegan with our range. We’re also cruelty-free!

Apart from products that contain hydrolysed wheat protein to boost volume and condition fine hair, every other product in our range is gluten-free. 

No doubt you’ve probably heard the phrase “clean beauty” used in the last few years. Sadly, it’s not a regulated term, and everyone has a different interpretation. Fortunately for you, ours is really simple. 

Every ingredient that goes into our jars and bottles adhere to global regulations. That means if regulators deem an ingredient as prohibited or dangerous, you have our guarantee it's not in any of our products. If you're worried or unsure about any ingredient, drop us a line, and we'd be happy to share more insight with you.

Nope. Not one bit. All of our items are free from silicones. The last thing we want to do is make your hair dry, clogged with buildup or weighty. So there are no silicones to be found here.

Short answer, no. All of our oils are sustainable, including the castor oil that forms one of our formulas' fundamental bases. 

No product in our range contains synthetic proteins. We rely on natural proteins extracted from soy and plants. 

Our jars, lids, bottles and boxes are all 100% recyclable. The way you recycle them will differ by region, so always best to check your local guidelines.

Where possible, we love sourcing our ingredients from across Australia.

Unfortunately, Australia doesn't produce all the ingredients we need, so we also source from other countries. However, all of our formulas are carefully crafted right here by our experts in Australia at the end of the day.

You bet. All Wuli products are safe for use in colour treated hair. 

Everyone has a unique story when it comes to allergic reactions. If you’re debating about trying our Curl Cream, Matte Balm or Shine Balm, a great way to know if Wuli is right for you is to purchase a sample tin. Measuring 20g, you can test it out without the commitment. If it works, fantastic! If not, gift it to someone you know that deserves great hair, or speak to us, and we'll see what we can do to sort you out. 

We also highly recommend chatting with your hairstylist or barber to determine the best solutions. As a last resort, see your doctor to check for allergies.

Our range is designed to safely last for up to 18 months from delivery. If you're in any doubt, send us a message with the batch number on the back of your jar and box, and we'll double-check for you.

Yes. That’s why we’ve created 20g sample versions of our Curl Cream, Matte Balm and Shine Balm. Find it in the size options on each product page. 

Unfortunately, a sample size is not available for the Sea Salt Spray.

Our Curl Cream was specially formulated for everyone who rocks natural curly, coily or wavy hair. Short or long, this cream is designed to bring the best version of natural curls to life.

If your hair is more on the fine-textured side, then the Matte Balm and Shine Balm are just what you need. Both products add hold and our trademark mix of nutritious ingredients to all fine, flat and limp hair types. 

Our Sea Salt Spray is the great equaliser. Whether your hair is curly or fine, it provides the perfect hit of moisture and essential oils with each use.

No. We only use natural fragrances made from essential oils in all of our products. We totally understand some people are sensitive to natural fragrances. If you have a question about any of the ones in our formulas, contact us; we'd be happy to chat.

Standard shipping is free across Australia, with orders worth $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $10. Express shipping is currently unavailable.

We've got you covered. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods on arrival for any faults, damage or defects. If anything is wrong with the order, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and we'll do our best to rectify.

Our concierge team will be in touch within two business days after an initial inquiry with an exchange or return authorisation number (if applicable) as well as return instructions.

We deem goods defective only if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect can be demonstrated and proven by the customer. We ultimately retain sole discretion in determining whether a product is defective. Making sure your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable is our highest priority, so if a faulty product concern is raised, we'll do everything in our power to get back to you promptly as possible.

We'll issue your refund back to your original payment method and include shipping costs for any goods deemed defective.
